Will Garmin Fix This Situation?

I continue to have problems with my Garmin Fenix. My warranty is almost up, so I have sent one final request to Garmin to make the situation right. I let them know that I have tried everything their support team has asked me to do, but it still isn’t working. I also let them know that I am not interested in another Fenix. I can send my Fenix back to them, and they can send me something else near equivalent. But if they do not do anything to help, I will never use another Garmin again in my life. I will continue to spread the word about their flawed products. I hope they step up. I will post their response here when I receive it.
