Insidious Mist

It wasn’t exactly raining today, but it was a very heavy, insidious mist. At times, I think it was a drizzle. But it was saturating. I wanted to try out my new Newton shoes on the trail today. Everything went well, but I had some chaffing issues from yesterday’s run. I never get chaffing, but if you have the right shirt, and it’s really wet outside, that’s a great way to try it out. By the end of the run, I was soaking wet. It only took a few minutes before I started to get really cold. Luckily there was a warm shower waiting for me at home. Jill even heated up my towel in the dryer. Very nice. Bing Map
