Suey Day

This was one of those runs where everything was clicking. Suey Creek Rd. is a beautiful canyon to run in with lots of oaks, rolling green hills, cows, and the creek the road is named after. It was pretty windy when I started, but it died down about halfway through. At that time, I also stopped looking at my heart rate monitor and ran by feel. And it felt great. It left me wanting more, but I have to stick to the plan. 20 miler coming up this weekend, so I know I’ll get my fill then. Bing Map
