Cold Full Moon It was a cold one yesterday evening. I started my run right at sunset. By the time I reached the lookout point on the first loop, I had an amazing view of a bright yellow full moon rising above the mountains to the east through patchy clouds. It’s the kind of scene you want to photograph to show people how amazing it looked, but those photos never turn out. It’s best to just enjoy the moment. I would have ran further this evening, but the cold was getting to me. Or maybe it was the lure of food and a warm beverage. But I got it five miles, which is just fine for a Wednesday evening.
